It all begins with what you put in your mouth with what pertains to your health and what is going on with your teeth. Your teeth leads to your brain which is very important for us all to take good care of the longevity of our teeth. If you find out that the food don't smell good, look good, or taste good, then don't eat it. If the food is too hard to chew on then, don't break your teeth chewing it. You are a human and should eat food only you can process and swallow. When you chew food your body goes through a process in breaking down the food so it can flow in your blood. Make sure you drink a lot of filtered water which is recommended with your meals and not any sugary or high carb drinks because they will make you get a bloated stomach. You want to know what is some of the biggest killers to the human body? Well according to research for a fact, some of the biggest killers are mucas, carbs, and sugar. If you can understand what makes you sick is the mucus in your body telling you that there is an alien subject in your body killing you. It shows many signs in the way we look everyday. Carbs or better know as chemically made sugar makes you fat and you have the hardest time to get rid of it. Only way to get rid of it is by eating saturated fat foods, proteins, water, fruits, sleep every night at least 8 hours and proper hygiene. When you fail to take care of your teeth it can lead to brain damage causing many different illnesses. Your eyes are your windows to your soul so take good care of them. Protect your finger nails from damage because if it is damaged it will take a long time to fix back. We don't need much exercise to be healthy but we do need to be active in life and walk around a bit. No one like to be unhealthy so less carbs and sugars and I would recommend to drink filtered water and not that bottled spring water because it is not healthy. Foods that you need to stay away from are msg foods, gmo foods, carbs are at a low calorie and trans fats. Other bad foods are like soda and sugar foods because they make you gain weight and send dopamin to your brain making you tired and lazy. Good food are like saturated fat foods and proteins with real fruits and clean water levels. Most of the spring water that they sell out there is contaminated and you can just buy a water filter and add it to your kitchen pipe and drink cold water not hot. Never drink hot water from the tap because it has lead in it that is not good for your body. Good fruits are blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and mostly berry fruits are the best.
