You can drink a glass of pure water with 2 spoons of honey and 1 spoon of pure apple cider vinegar every time you are thirsty. Eat more saturated fats and proteins which will make you lose weight easily too. Do little exercise and sleep every day at least 8 hours. You can also drink lemon juice with 2 spoons of honey with one spoon of apple cider vinegar. Eat fruits in between meals like strawberries, raspberries or blueberries. Avocados are good source of vegetable for protein. But you must also drink water sometimes by itself. A balance diet with these will make you very healthy.
