Eating right doesn't have to be so complicated

Did you know that yogurt with the one that says probiotics makes your belly go down? Yes it does, also avocado, any berries, any peas with brown rice, chicken, turkey and more. The key to losing weight is too be moderate in how you eat. Don't eat and drink unless you are choking. Other things play a part like stay away from msg, gmo, sugary and high carbohydrate foods which make you gain weight. Msg is know as monosodium glutamate, which some companies put in seasoning to trick you to end up in your food which makes you hungry and you don't know why you are hungry after you just ate and you go back for more and more which result in overeating. Gmo, which is genetically modified organisms, is what scientists do to make foods look bigger or more to the eye but is not good for you because it is chemically enhanced and will make you fat. NEVER cook your food with olive oil because it is not for that is for salads. Olive oil in high temperatures is cancerous foods.

Cooking rice or chicken is supposed to be with vegetable oil which is better than corn oil. Getting fit is not all about going to the gym it is mainly focused on what you going to have to face at the table in your home for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fibers, proteins, saturated fats, berries, and other food cheats are part of a healthy diet. Carbohydrates should always be at a minimum if you want to stay fit. If you attended a party and ate a lot of food then, it is not the end of the world, when you wake up in the morning drink a glass of water with one spoon of "Bragg" apple cider vinegar and two spoons of pure honey. Drink this with your meals through the day for a month and you will see big results. You can go as often as needed but be moderate cause apple cider vinegar is not to drink straight like that by itself.
